1. Are your products 100% natural? 

Our products contain a mix of the best natural ingredients perfectly blended for the purpose of each formula. Sometimes we use non natural preservatives in less than 1% to preserve freshness. These preservatives are widely approved and tested.Please refer to each product for a complete list of ingredients.
 

2. Where can I purchase your products?

Currently, Products on the Go® is being sold exclusively online straight to you! We are working hard to bring our product to into multiple locations. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please email vendors@products-onthego.com

3. Are the diapers for children of all ages? 

Currently, our diaper sets only come in sizes small (6.6-17.6 lbs. / 3-8 kg), medium (13-24 lbs. / 6-11 kg) and large (20+lbs / 9+ kg).

4. Are your products reusable? 

Depending on what package you order, some of our products and packaging are reusable and made from 100% recycled polyester. The JetPack comes pre-packed in one convenient and reusable tote with an insulated zipper bottom for perishables, wet clothes or towels. The possibilities are endless.

5. Can they fit inside a purse?

Absolutely! All of our ReadyPacks are the size of a bag of chips and are perfect to keep in a purse, backpack or car console to give you what you need, when you need it.

6. What can I use POTG for? 

Products on the Go® is here to help you whenever you’re on the go or right at home, anytime, anywhere! We have product sets for parent(s), avid beach goer, business traveler, lovers and babies. Take the time to explore our product lines and find the one that’s perfect for you.

7. Can I order any of the products individually? 

No. All our products come pre-packaged in sets.
 

8. Are the products allergy-free? 

Our baby wipes and hand sanitizing wipes are hypoallergenic. Most products are free of preservatives, harmful substances and are as natural and eco-friendly as possible. If there are any specific questions or concerns pertaining to allergies, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

9. Do any of the products expire? 

Yes, since our products are natural they usually only have an average shelf life of 1-2 years. Please refer to the individual packaging details and expiration dates printed on all liquid goods for exact details.

10. What is your return policy? 

Currently, Products on the Go® is only accepting returns on unopened or defected product sets.

11. Are there any product warrantees?

Products on the Go®currently offers no warrantee or product guarantees on any items. Returns will only be accepted on unopened or damaged goods.

12. What is your shipping policy?

All of our collection sets are shipped via USPS. Upon checkout, customers have the option to select from the various options offered by USPS with available pricing listings depending on the delivery location.

13. What is your delivery policy? 

Once an order ships, customer will be provided with a USPS tracking number via email where they will be able to track the status of the order.
